Wipro welcomes Madhu Menon as Global Head & VP of Talent Acquisition. She brings over 20 years of experience in strategic hiring, workforce planning, and using AI for talent acquisition. At Wipro, she will be strategizing to attract the right talent and enhance candidate productivity and experience while building future-ready frameworks.
She played crucial leadership roles in several renowned multinational organizations. She was the Director and National Head of Talent Acquisition at Deloitte India, where her role involved employee branding, leadership hiring, and driving inclusion and diversity. Menon also led Risk Consulting and Leadership hiring at KPMG India. She started her early career with Ernst & Young (EY), where she efficiently handled HR functions. She completed her master’s degree in human resources management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
