Venkatesh Raja as Group CHRO-Designate​ at ​Samunnati
India’s leading agri enterprise, Samunnati, has appointed the new Group Chief Human Resources Officer—Designate, Venkatesh Raja. In this role, Raja will lead Samunnati’s human resources strategy and focus on talent acquisition and employee engagement. Raja has 25 years of experience in organisational leadership and human resources. He has worked with companies like Reliance Industries Limited, Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited, MTS Group, Pantaloons, and more.

Leading organisations in managerial roles, like Deputy Manager at Reliance Industries, General Manager at Pantaloons, and more. He also led MTS as the Associate Director to enhance human resources policies and organisational structure.

Raja has immense expertise in the human resources field and brings a deep understanding of HR practices and business objectives. His appointment is expected to boost the commitment of the company to be more people-centric culture and also drive sustainability in the agri-sector.
