Xebia, the global IT consultancy, welcomes Smit Shanker as the Chief Information Officer (CIO). Shanker brings together 25 years of experience in leading digital transformation and technological changes.
Before joining Xebia, Shanker showed his exceptional skills at The Adecco Group, Tech Mahindra, Novartis, and Tata Consultancy Services. He was the Global IT Head of Finance, BI & Emerging Technologies at the Adecco Group. Also led many leadership roles globally as well.
In this role at Xebia, Shanker will supervise the global IT strategy of the company. The CEO of Xebia Anand Sahay also expressed confidence in Shanker’s appointment. The company is headquartered in the Netherlands and specializes in consulting, digital transformation, cloud services, and intelligent automation.
