Kshitij Bhusari is appointed by Schindler Group as the Head of Human Resources for Corporate Research & Development and Global Functions (HR CRD/GF) as well as Global HR Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in India. Schindler Group is one of the global leaders in elevator and escalator manufacturing.

Bhusari will be responsible for looking after the strategic development of human resources for the company’s operations in India. The major focus will be on Corporate Research and Development and Global Functions. As the Global HR CTO, he will be responsible for integrating new technologies into the company’s HR practices to foster innovation and efficiency.

A decade of journey at Schindler

Bhusari has been working with the Schindler Group for over a decade now. He joined the organization in 2024 as Compensation Benefits Manager. Over his 10-year tenure, he has served in positions before he became the Global HR CTO. He worked in positions like Senior Manager—Strategic HR, Deputy General Manager, and Vice President of Human Resources at Schindler Group. With his prior expertise in employee relations, strategic HR planning, and talent management, Schindler is appointing a versatile professional in his position. 

Before joining Schindler, Bhusari worked with Mahindra and Marico Ltd. in multiple HR-related roles, where he led projects in the HR domain.
