Piyush Phadke has been appointed as the new CEO of reAlpha Tech Corp, a real estate technology company. reAlpha specializes in providing artificial intelligence (AI) solutions and a commission-free homebuying platform. Phadke has served as the interim CFO and will succeed Rakesh Prasad.

Bringing Two Decades of Financial Expertise

Phadke has experience of over two decades in finance, capital raising, and also strategic leadership. Before joining reAlpha as CFO, he served in many leadership roles. He was the Managing Director at BTIG, LLC, where he was an expert in providing investment banking services to lower middle market companies. Phadke also worked with renowned investment banking companies like Jefferies LLC and Bank of America Merrill Lynch in high leadership positions. He graduated from Duke University with an MBA in Finance and Accounting. 

Strategic Vision for reAlpha

Phadke will be supervising the company’s financial and accounting operations as the Chief Financial Officer. He aims to integrate the financial infrastructure of the company and make it a global leader in the field of the real estate sector. To leverage the growth of reAlpha, Phadke has to look into the capital structure and strengthen the balance sheets. His experience will contribute a vast amount of financial knowledge.
