
Husk Power welcomed the new Chief People Officer, Preeti Ahuja, to lead the company’s global people strategy. Ahuja brings over 20 years of experience in the human resources field, across several industries like manufacturing, automotive, and IT.
She has worked with companies like Atlas Copco Group, Peak, Alfa Laval, Lear Corporation, Emerson, Larsen & Toubro, and more. Ahuja has demonstrated strong leadership and effective execution in leading these organizations. Also has expertise in leading global teams, as she is with the Atlas Copco Group.
In her new role, she is responsible for aligning talents with the company’s mission to deliver sustainable, scalable, and inclusive solutions.
Ahuja holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Balaji Institute of Modern Management and a Master’s in Labour Laws from Pune University. Husk Power Systems specializes in renewable energy solutions for rural communities.
