OPG Mobility previously known as Okaya EV, appointed Anand Amrit Raj as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Raj has over two decades of experience in driving talent acquisition, employee development and engagement, diversity and inclusion, and more. His appointment in the company will bring responsibilities that focus on human resources strategies to lead the electric vehicle market.

In his career, he has worked with companies like HCL, Paras Group, Wipro, Livguard, and more. Raj began his career in HR with Paras Group in 2001 as the HR Officer. In 2004, he joined HCL Technologies and served the company as Assistant Manager HR for two years. He led roles like Senior Consultant – HR Advisory at Wipro and Head of Corporate Human Resources at Livguard. Raj became the Head HR – Engineering Division at Escorts in 2011. Here he managed strategic HR activities, manpower planning, organizational development, and more.
He was also the Vice President of HR and Administration of Okaya Power Group in 2018. In 2023, he joined Best Group as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Before joining OPG Mobility, Raj was the Business Advisor at AAR Services.
