Yossi Levin has been appointed as the new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Fiverr, one of the leading freelancing services platforms. With his appointment, the company aims to enhance its technology. This strategic move will improve digital innovation.

Levin has over 20 years’ experience in the field of technology and has previously worked with multiple renowned companies. He acquired his experience from several leadership positions. He served as the Head of Research and Development in Amdocs Cloud Services. Later, he joined LivePerson as Vice President of Engineering. In 2018, he joined NICE Actimize as their Head of Engineering. In these roles, Levin developed his technical and leadership skills. 

In his new role, Levin will leverage his experience to improve the research and development of Fiverr. His focus will be on creating a platform that delivers solutions to the user base through advanced technology. He highlighted the importance of emerging technologies, especially generative AI, and how they could revolutionize communication and collaboration between freelancers and businesses.

Before he started his professional journey, Levin earned his academic qualification from the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yaffo in Computer Science. He also earned his MBA from Technion—Israel Institute of Technology. His academic journey built the foundation of technology and business understanding. 

Fiverr has a series of updates coming up in 2025. These updates will be focused on their subscription plans for Fiverr Pro and will also design features that will further enhance collaboration among freelancers and businesses. To support the requirement of growing businesses and to adapt to new technologies, these Fiverr Pro plans are being introduced.
