Nishant Pitti has stepped down as CEO of Ease Trip Planners Ltd, also known as EaseMyTrip. Co-founder and current Executive Director Rikant Pitti will take over the role effective immediately.

Rikant, who co-founded the company in 2008, has over 16 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. This leadership transition aligns with EaseMyTrip’s strategy for innovation and long-term growth.

The announcement follows significant financial activity, with 53 crore rupees worth of EaseMyTrip shares traded in a block deal on December 31, signaling strong investor interest.

EaseMyTrip, known for its user-friendly platform and competitive pricing, remains a leader in the travel industry. With Rikant’s leadership, the company plans to further enhance its technological capabilities and expand its service offerings.
