
This Bengaluru-based healthtech startup, Dozee, recently secured ₹70 crore to boost global expansion and enhance AI-powered contactless patient monitoring technology.
The company was founded by Mudit Dandwate and Gaurav Parchani in 2015. Dozee’s innovative remote patient monitoring system tracks health metrics like heart rate, respiratory rate, blood pressure, and temperature without any direct contact. The system has advanced features that give early warnings that alert healthcare providers to potential health deteriorations.
Participation from Temasek Trust’s impact-first investment vehicle C3H and Stockhausen International was seen in the funding round. Dozee has also raised funds in the Series A2 round from 3one4 Capital, Prime Ventures (VC) Partners, YourNest Venture Capital, State Bank of India, among others, in 2023.
In numbers, Dozee has decreased its net loss by 19% in revenue, up to 68 Cr in the fiscal year 2023-24 from 84.4 Cr in the last fiscal year.
With the newly secured funds, Dozee aims to expand the presence of the company in the international healthcare market. The US, UAE, and Africa are the targeted markets where the company plans to amplify its products. From hospitals to home settings.
