Vani Venkatesh will join Delhivery as the new Chief Business Officer on 28 February, effective. Delhivery is the leading fully integrated logistics service provider in India. Venkatesh is about to join the Delhivery team with experience spanning three decades.
Vani Venkatesh will oversee Delhivery’s business units and strategy building. She will lead the client servicing and marketing functions of the company that will aim to increase customer engagement, satisfaction, and business growth. Transportation segments like express parcels, part truckload services, and supply chains will also be focused on.
She started her journey at Airtel as CEO of Retail in 2016; later, she was promoted as Chief Marketing Officer in 2018. Venkatesh then stepped in as CEO for the Delhi NCR region and was promoted to CEO of Global Business in 2022.
In the journey of eight years with Airtel, she significantly contributed to the expansion and enhancing customer initiatives of the company. She led and represented Airtel on several leadership forums. Her strategic planning, marketing, and operations embarked Airtel on the path of success.
