Comviva welcomed the new Chief Human Resources Officer, Bhagwati Chhabbarwal Shetty.
Comviva is a Gurgaon-based software development company and Shetty will be responsible for aligning the company’s people strategy for global expansion in Europe and North America.
Shetty brings nearly two decades of experience in human resources. She has worked with renowned companies like Vodafone, Tech Mahindra, Cummins India, Wipro, and more. She has led these companies with immense expertise and contributed significantly. At Vodafone, she managed 4,000 employee base. Before joining Comviva, she was the Group HRBP at Mahindra Group where she led diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Together, we will foster a high-performance, inclusive environment that drives meaningful change”, Shetty expressed her enthusiasm on her new appointment.
At Comviva she will work on strengthening the workforce capabilities, and culture of the organization, and transforming the into a Comviva 2.0 version. She was awarded ‘Most Influential D&I Leader’ by the WORLD HRD Congress for creating an exceptional impact via DEI initiatives.
