Acuity Knowledge Partners welcomes new CHRO Narasimhan SL

Acuity Knowledge Partners announced their new CHRO, Narasimhan SL. The UK-based company is a provider of high-value research, analytics, and business services. Mr. Narasimhan will be leading the human resources, training, and knowledge management along with several responsibilities.

Narasimhan’s Experience

Narasimhan has over two decades of experience in human resources and talent management. Before joining Acuity, he worked with companies like Tech Mahindra, Mphasis, Bank of America, and State Street. He fulfilled all the responsibilities and led many teams in these companies. Narasimhan was the Senior Managing Director—Head of Global Talent Acquisition at State Street. He served this company for 17+ years.

With the ton of leadership roles he has fulfilled, Narasimhan gained expertise in attracting the best talents in the companies and aligning clients’ goals in the recruitment process. Throughout his career, he contributed to the development of several HR strategies that meet the requirements of the organization. His area of experience ranges from talent acquisition, employee engagement, and leadership development to organizational transformation.
