Nair comes with over 20 years of experience and has served the consumer food and beverage industries. He was associated with renowned companies like P&G, Henkel, PepsiCo, Costa Coffee, and more. He held leadership positions in these companies throughout his career. Before joining 4700BC, he was the CEO of Costa Coffee under Devyani International, the franchise for the brand in India.
Nair started his career with P&G, where he led the modern trade division in 2000. Later he joined Henkel in Dubai as Trade Marketing Manager. Here in this position, he managed trade marketing budgets for the cosmetics business. In 2008, Nair joined PepsiCo. From here he gained experience in the beverage sector. Nair departed from the company in 2011 and returned in 2012 as Head of National Modern Trade. His expertise strengthened PepsiCo’s market position in the modern retail landscape.
Nair joined Raw Pressery in 2015. The company specializes in cold-pressed juices as CGO. In 2021, he joined Costa Coffee as their CGO and was promoted to COO later.
